Work with us We make sustainable decisions

YOU CANNOT GET THROUGH A SINGLE DAY WITHOUT HAVING AN IMPACT ON THE WORLD AROUND YOU. YOU MUST DECIDE WHAT KIND OF DIFFERENCE YOU WANT TO MAKE.

this is what we do

Knowledge  management & sharing is seriously our jam, and we have a strong track record of delivering to public projects that have our values at their heart. We create the tools and conditions for learning, engaging, fun encounters that connect people to their environment, and to each other, for a better and sustainable future.

Who we work with

We’ve worked alongside farmers, planners, environmentalists and community-based organizations; to develop and maintain major knowledge sharing programmes; we also support internal knowledge management among teams; we have delivered experimental practices and learning sessions; worked with schools, housing developers, forest service, arts and community organisations, among others.

What we do

There’s no one-size-fits-all for public education and knowledge management. We work with each partner in a way that best suits their needs – listening to the community to make unique, place-specific  tools, strategies, events or installations that create vital and thriving access to knowledge.

Our work includes the strategic development of innovative communication approaches and activation of tools, concepts or ideas. We work with you to understand your place and the people in it, and can propose a range of scaleable options to meet a clearly articulated set of objectives.

Communication is about working with communities to create or pass sustainable ideas, where people feel an ongoing sense of community pride and are connected to place and to each other. We bring spaces to life!

Monitoring and evaluation is a key part of closing the loop, and we make sure that you’ve got robust data and meaningful recommendations for the road ahead.

We love to share what we’ve learned over years of working in farming, planning, environmental restoration placemaking, and can develop a format customised to your needs!

We developed the Activation Index as a strategic tool to analyse place activation across four key criteria: use; type of experience; impact; and audience to help build appropriate activation strategies. We can provide this tool for you to use, support you with implementation, or take the lead in analysis, goal setting, planning and strategy development depending on your needs. An approach to community-led development that encourages people to identify their strengths and assets through a process of collective ‘mapping’. This is a communal approach to uncovering the resources and gifts that already exist in a local community, to facilitate locally driven solutions to community needs.
